Useful over impressive
Every element should help someone understand, decide or act.
Approach
The work starts with the audience and the business need, then finds the lightest useful solution. Progress stays visible and claims stay grounded in evidence.
Clarify the audience, the task, the current friction and what a useful outcome would look like.
Shape the content, structure and journey so people can move with less effort and doubt.
Launch carefully, observe real use and make the next change with evidence.
I’m the person behind Afra Works. My background spans digital marketing, online customer journeys and testing improvements to how people use websites.
Alongside that work, I’ve delivered practical digital-marketing training for small businesses and people starting out. Afra brings these experiences together: understanding the business, finding what customers need and creating a clearer way forward.
I’m also beginning a PhD exploring human–AI collaboration, deepening my understanding of how people and technology can work together.
The red Japanese maple is the inspiration behind Afra: its beauty, balance and harmony, alongside the dedication and respect I admire in Japanese culture. Those qualities shape the care and attention I want to bring to every project.
