One possible application is preparing routine enquiry replies from approved business information, with staff reviewing and sending them.

Heaven in Cardiff
The project began with orders handled by phone or WhatsApp, alongside repeated questions about products and availability. I built a website and ordering journey that brings product information, imagery and delivery or collection choices together, with preparation time and available order slots built in. It is designed to help customers browse independently and the chef manage incoming orders. Launch awaits the owner’s final menu.

Pocket Plan is an AI organiser developed by Afra Works, intended for individual planning and team workflows. It supports conversational capture, follow-up corrections and review before saving. The image shows a separate interface demonstration that has not been connected to the AI application.

1. Understand and agree
Before paid work begins, we clarify the problem, review what is already in place, and agree the scope, deliverables, fee and how we will check the work.
2. Deliver the work
I carry out the review, make the website improvements or build the prototype. A review gives you clear findings and recommended next steps.
3. Check and hand over
We check the work against the agreed scope. I explain the findings or demonstrate the changes, then hand over the agreed guidance, including any known limitations.
